Sandra Peters started Nelson Property Management in the mid 90’s after being approached many times by other people who were aware that she was having success in managing her own growing rental portfolio. At that time she was employed in the government sector but soon realized that the opportunity to be self-employed on a full time basis was too good to miss. In later years Executive Properties NZ was formed to work in conjunction with Nelson Property Management. Sandra is supported by a great team of contractors and trades people who give her, the owners, and tenants excellent service. Sandra’s husband is a builder and they are also keen on taking on projects relating to renovations and interior design work. Property is as much a hobby as it is a business for them. Executive Properties currently manages properties in Nelson Hanmer Springs and Christchurch.
